I’m pretty sure this is fake. I went to elespectador.com and presidencia.gov.co and both don’t mention anything about an assassination attempt.

However, the video looks suspiciously similar to a real video in which Petro talks about a police officer supposedly trying to frame him with drugs in the presidential car. So probably a deep fake using that video as a base and faking something far more dramatic to create controversy and spread hate.
