I’d love this sort of thing in Canada. I’m not a vegetarian or vegan mainly out of lazyness and already having a major dietary restriction but I do try to choose the most humane option when buying animal products.
The labelling is all unregulated though and for something like eggs, I’ll try to buy “free run” or “n’est laid” but I really don’t actually know what the company’s definition of those labels are. It could be a happy chicken living its best life or it could be the same sort of tortured chicken as other companies but with an artificial nest shoved under them
