What’s wrong with the headline?
They have been booby trapping electronics and blowing up people. This headline implies they are exploding phones.
I think, if anything, the headline is only “wrong” if it claims to be unbiased. It’s written in a way that implies Israel is responsible - or at least acknowledging that it’s awfully suspicious
