    I think I would trade 80 days in jail for an absolutely slam dunk case. I wonder how much tax money he’s about to get. That’s the unfortunate thing when the state messes up, it’s us the tax payer who lose. Also wtf only 85% accuracy? I feel like if you are going to do this you should need at least five sigma of confidence aka a provable 99.999% confidence in the result. Also can you imagine how fucked he would be without those work records or other proof he wasn’t in the area? I’ma start recording my ass on the daily just in case.

    Like facial recognition is a thing but being the soul evidence for an arrest? Maybe if it was facial recognition alongside literally any other hard evidence to corroborate that’s the person.
